Rules of Entry

To ensure the comfort and safety of all our members and guests, we kindly request that you adhere to the following house rules:

1. Respect for Others

   – Treat all members, guests, and staff with courtesy and respect.

   – Maintain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere within the club. Use hushed voices and silence your electronic devices.

   – Please be mindful of personal space and privacy.

2. Hygiene and Cleanliness

   – Shower before using any of the sauna facilities.

   – Always use a towel when sitting in saunas and common areas.

   – Place used towels and other personal items in the designated bins provided.

3. Clothing and Attire

   – Wear appropriate swimwear or gym attire in designated areas.

   – For your comfort, dress comfortably in our relaxation lounges.

4. Sauna Usage

   – Please adhere to posted time limits for saunas to allow all members to enjoy these amenities.

   – Sauna temperature and humidity levels are carefully maintained for your safety. Please reach out to a member of our staff if you have any issues regarding sauna temperatures.  

   – Rinse off in the provided showers or in your hotel room before using the sauna to maintain cleanliness.

5. Food and Beverage

   – Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the club.

   – Consume any food or drinks provided by the club in designated areas only.

6. Alcohol and Substance Use

   – The consumption of alcohol and illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

   – Individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave the club.

7. Health and Safety

   – Consult a physician before using saunas, cold plunges, or other facilities if you have underlying health conditions or are pregnant.

   – In case of a medical emergency, alert a staff member immediately.

8. Children and Minors

   – Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

   – The use of certain facilities may be restricted for minors, please inquire with the staff.

9. Personal Belongings

   – Keep your personal belongings secure in provided lockers.

   – The club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

10. House Rules Compliance

   – Failure to comply with these house rules may result in the removal from the club without a refund.

   – The club reserves the right to deny access or membership to individuals who do not adhere to these rules.
