Pet Policy

Leashed dogs and crated cats are always welcome at Best Bet. The fee to bring a pet is $50.00 per reservation, regardless of the number of pets or the size of the pet(s).  Please let staff know if you plan to bring a pet prior to your arrival so that we can assign you to the appropriate pet friendly room (not all rooms on our property are pet friendly). 

Dog beds, water bowls, pee pads, and a list of dog friendly places are available upon request. 

Please pick up after your pet and do not leave them unattended, especially if they are vocal or uncomfortable in new spaces or may disturb other guests.

Best Bet reserves the right to charge $50.00 upon check out if you traveled with a pet but did not pay the pet fee.  

Best Bet reserves the right to charge up to $200.00 if there is damage to the room resulting from the pet.

Smoking Policy 

Best Bet is a non-smoking property.  Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms, the lobby, or the sauna.  A smoking fee of $200.00 will be charged in the event smoking does occur in any of these spaces.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be cancelled or changed at least 48 hours prior to the date of arrival.  Reservations cancelled or changed less than two (2) days / 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged one (1) night’s room rate and tax.

Occupancy Policy

Guests must maintain a maximum of two (2) overnight guests per one-bedroom guestrooms, and four (4) overnight guests per two-bedroom guestrooms/ rooms with two queen beds.

Quiet Policy 

We ask that all guests be respectful of our quiet hours from 10:00pm – 7:00am.  Please be considerate of other Best Bet guests and our surrounding neighbors.

Photography Policy 

Commercial photography is not permitted at Best Bet without permission from hotel management, and may incur an additional fee.  Guests may shoot non-commercial photography or video for their personal use (no professional equipment, lighting, etc.) in their room or on property with respect for the privacy and tranquility of other guests.
