Yes, we allow pets in select rooms and throughout the common areas on property. We ask that pets are on a leash and under control at all times. Please note that pets are not to be left unattended in rooms, especially if they are nervous/vocal in new spaces.
The fee to bring a pet is $50.00 per reservation, regardless of the number of pets or the size of the pet(s). Please let staff know if you plan to bring a pet prior to your arrival so that we can assign you to the appropriate pet friendly room.

Yes, all rooms are equipped with mini-fridges.

No, please visit us in the lobby if you need to use a microwave.

Yes, we are family friendly. We would recommend booking our Queen Suite – which has one Queen Bed and one Fold Out Sofa Bed, and sleeps up to 4 people, or our Double Queen Suite – which has two Queen Beds, and sleeps up to 4 people.

We have irons and ironing boards available for guest use upon request. Please reach out to a member of staff and we will have these items brought to your room for the duration of your stay.

Yes, we have two ADA rooms available – an ADA Standard Queen room and an ADA King Suite room, both on ground level.

Yes, early check ins and late check outs are subject to availability. If you would like to request an early check in or a late check out, please call us at (775) 848-6048 and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Guaranteed early check in by 1:00pm is available for an additional $25.00. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you’d like a Guaranteed early check in by specifying this in your reservation or calling us.

We are an 8 minute drive (2.5 miles) from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport. We recommend taking an Uber, Lyft, or yellow taxi from the airport if you do not plan on renting a car.

We have select snacks available for purchase in our lobby, as well as from the mini bars in our rooms, and we are proud to serve ice cream made locally by our friends at the Biggest Little Creamery. We do not have an on-site restaurant. Please see our staff for local restaurant recommendations.

Yes, we serve alcohol at our lobby bar. This includes wine, beer, and canned cocktails. We have a selection of N/A drinks available at our bar as well.

Yes, limited parking is available in our surface parking lot. The fee to park in the lot is $10.00 per reservation, which can be paid upon arrival. Overnight parking is available for Best Bet guests only. Additional street parking is available at no cost, but please take note of neighborhood parking restrictions.

No, we do not charge a resort fee.

Our property features a lobby, lobby bar, common area for meeting/working, outdoor patio and fire pit, as well as our on-site saunas, called the Reno Sauna Club.

Commercial photography is not permitted without permission from Best Bet management, and may incur a fee if allowed. Guests may shoot non-commercial photography or video for their personal use in their room or on property with respect for the privacy of other guests.

We require that guests be at least 18 years old to reserve a hotel room, and must have a valid form of identification and credit card to book.
